Your prayers fuel our mission. At Advocates for Africa’s Children (AFAC), we believe prayer is one of the most powerful ways you can partner with us. A prayer guide will help you pray intentionally for mission teams, the children and families we serve in Tanzania, and the unreached people groups across Africa.
Prayer is the Foundation of Missions
Before a missionary is sent, before a child is sponsored, before a well is dug, prayer prepares the ground. Scripture reminds us that prayer moves beyond words into partnership with God’s purposes.
Throughout Scripture, Prayer is how Believers:
- Strengthen those on mission
- Open doors for the Gospel
- Stand firm against opposition
- Align their hearts with God’s will
